I was met the minute I walked in. Treated with respect by all at Dr Hurley office . He is a good listener and did his work very professionally.

Had a root canal done ( not by their office..) He did the crown. As soon as the crown was placed I told him the tooth was too big. He blew off my concern with the comment ' you'll get used to it' After dealing with multiple visits trying to get them to do something I moved on to another dentist who listened and ultimately fixed the problem. Before that they fit me with a tooth after an implant. That tooth fell out in my hand after telling him there was something wrong and he ignored me. I left. Best thing I did.

After my first visit and a cavity was found I had it filled, the staff was kind but the process felt incredibly fast. 6 months later the filling broke during routine flossing. This resulted in needing to find an emergency dentist where the extent of the damage resulted in needing an emergency crown. Feeling dissatisfaction.

A routine cleaning found 8-9 cavities (although it had only been a year since I had been to the dentist, with fairly good dental hygiene practices, and a previous dentist was only watching one tooth). The right-side fillings went fine. Complications arose with the left-side fillings, which were LESS extensive than the right. Dr. Hurley performed a nerve block and did not obtain my informed consent prior; I was only informed halfway through the procedure when questioning why my eye was going numb. A routine cavity filling left me with an extremely swollen and bruised cheek and a black eye that lasted over a week. I was informed this was a rare case and only happened about once a year and typically in elderly patients (I am not elderly). However, upon calling to contest a $100 bill I had received, noting the complications and acute pain I had suffered, I was informed now that this was not abnormal and if I did not pay the bill, I could not return as a patient. More than fine by me.

Excellent practitioner, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Also very reasonable pricing for dental work. I highly recommend.

Practice was sold to Dr Hurley. First time seeing him vs previous dentist. Much less knowledgeable, personable, and professional than his predecessor.

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding this website Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on this website. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on this website are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
