I have to at least give them one star, but wish that I could give them negative stars. This office does not follow up on any insurance claims that they submit. Brenda at the front desk is extremely rude. Office takes zero responsibility and calls are not returned. Do not go to this office. Front desk staff is horrible!!! If you get Brenda expect to be told that there is no office manager and that she is the only person that you can talk to. I am out $400 because of inexperienced and dim witted office staff. Despite the four calls I made to this office (Brenda in particular) to ensure my claim was submitted, the ball was still dropped and no one is being held accountable. Horrible, horrible people.

Dr. Cheng and her team are wonderful. They are thorough, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Cheng is amazing with my two boys and provides holistic care that encompasses many of their other health issues. I am hoping they can stay as her patients even when they are 30! Highly recommend.

This place is horrible. They make you pay a deposit before scheduling. Then if your child even has a runny nose they wont operate. I had to reschedule twice over a runny nose, meanwhile that's a couple months my child is in pain. So I find a dentist that will not only operate but done it with out taking tooth and without sedating him, with a runny nose. So I made sure to call and let the office know the appt would be canceled as my son had already had the issue fixed. And they wont refundme $217
