About
Dr. Michaels is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Midwest Society of Orthodontics. She also belongs to and participates in the Contemporary Dental Forum, a branch of the Seattle Study Club. This group is made up of dentists and dental specialists who meet monthly to discuss current trends in their field, as well as to present difficult or unusual cases for discussion. Their goal is to provide the best treatment for each patient using all aspects of dentistry and orthodontics. Dr. Michaels is a native of the Chicagoland area and currently resides in Naperville. In her time away from the office she enjoys being with her husband Franz, and her children, Katie, Matthew, and Samantha. Aside from orthodontics her happiness comes from cheering her children on in their various sports and activities: swimming, gymnastics, soccer and dance, just to name a few.
