After having new crowns put in, major dental work which I paid for out of pocket, this office tells me I haven't been there for two years (pandemic!) and therefore they have to treat me as a new patient, meaning wait months for a new patient appt and then 8 more months for a cleaning. I am walking around with expensive crowns in my mouth, put there by Dr. Heeps, and now his office insists on treating me like a stranger. How about a little flexibility given the circumstances?

I was experiencing pain from an upper molar and Heeps told me I was grinding my teeth and to get a mouth guard to prevent that. I did so and it didn't help. The pain worsened and started radiating up my cheek toward my eye. I went to another dentist who confirmed I needed a root canal.

Everyone dreads going to the dentist but I must say, going to Dr. Heeps is the least stressful dentist visit I have ever had. Not only is he a great dentist, but his staff is friendly, helpful and very efficient.
