About
People may wonder what compels someone to become a dentist. I started out like many other boys my age wanting to be Jedi Knight or an archeologist who carries a whip, but I also found that I had an eye for art. I began to look at the world as an artist and through my teeth years learn to draw, paint, and carve well enough to make money doing so. I also enjoyed science and my favorite subjects in high school were Biology, Physics, and Art. I began to consider what I would want to do as a career and dentistry became an attractive option after weighing my interests. I viewed dentistry as a profession based upon biological science, engineering, and artistry. At the time I pictured myself becoming a cosmetic dentist and utilizing my artistic abilities in order to beautify teeth.
