I had a wonderful experience at Smart Smile Family Dentistry. The staff and Dr. Cynthia Rothermel are extremely warm but still professional. I have never had such a thorough cleaning and exam at a dental appointment. I feel like my dental health is truly their top priority. I love the coffee in the reception room too! I do not have dental insurance and feel that the prices are fair and less expensive than my old dentist. I highly recommend!

I came in for a scheduled cleaning. She wanted to do x-rays although I did not complain about any problem. I said No. They got upset and asked that I sign a no x-ray paper? They were rude, ignorant and obviously money hungry. My bill for a cleaning was over $200. What? I get disgusted by people taking advantage of others. Cynthia Rothermel is a perfect example in my opinion of a scam artist. She will poke your gums and charge you $100. If you want a beautiful smile do not go here.
