About
Dr. Darin Iverson of Iverson Orthodontics, a practicing orthodontist since 1997, earned his dental degree, as well as his specialized post-graduate certification in orthodontics, from the University of California Los Angeles School of Dentistry. A native of Las Vegas, Dr. Iverson chose to join the oral healthcare field because of his own experience as a patient. Undergoing orthodontic treatment as a teen had a significant impact on his smile, his confidence, and his oral health. It was one of the best gifts his parents gave him, and he wanted to be able to provide that same gift to others. Dr. Iverson strives to stay current on the latest developments, findings, and treatment modalities for patients. This helps to make treatment efficient, and helps ensure ideal timing and treatment to meet each patient’s individual needs. Dr. Iverson enjoys giving back to his community by volunteering with local youth groups and organizations. He currently serves as a troop scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America and is also active in his church. He enjoys traveling, camping, surfing, exercising, snowboarding, and watching movies. Dr. Iverson loves spending time with his family. He has been married for 23 years, and has one daughter and three sons. He hopes one of his children will someday choose to become an orthodontist so that they can work together.
