I went to Dr. Doan for several years but recently got ghosted. I would call and leave messages, wait for weeks, and never get a call back. After 3 such attempts I had to finally find a new dentist

Dr Doan is great. She did a wonderful job at bonding my two front teeth after another dentist removed some of my good tooth with a bonding that wouldn’t stay put. She is conservative in her treatment approach and appointments are always on time. I drive out of my way to Kirkwood to see her because I trust her and have had good experiences with her and everyone in her office.

Dr. Doan is patient, skilled and has been my dentist for years as well as having the ability to make my children comfortable since they were in elementary school as their dentist as well. I have recommended her many times and everyone has said the same, she is an excellent dentist, but her service and calm approach make her the best, and no one will go anywhere else now.

THE WORST THING OF ALL IS THAT SHE HAS NEVER EVER EVER DONE A SPORE TEST TO DETERMINE IF THENLODDY USED INSTRUMENTS ARE PROPERLY STERILIZE. and I think I'm doing that she is breaking OSHA laws. There is no record of when the contaminated suction is cleaned. Doan is an inept dentist. Her crowns never fit no matter what lab she uses. She often send the crowns to the wrong lab. Or she puts her crown lab cases in the FedEx box when it was supposed to go UPS. And 5 receptionists in 10 years???

Dr doan is very nice to patients. Staff is very friendly. She did some white cavities that fell out in less than a month Employees are nice but every 2 years there is a new receptionist. Seems like a lot of employees are quitting why

My experience with Dr. Doan was superb!! She has been available for me at a moments notice with all my dental emergencies. She was extremely detailed and patient during my crowns process. I highly recommend Dr. Doan and the entire dental staff!!!
