About
David Cappuccio, DDS, Director of Clinical Operations, grew up in Pittsford, a suburb of Rochester, where he spent his youth honing a series of skills including music, athletics, and a passion for learning. After graduating from Mendon High School in 2005, David accepted a division I athletic scholarship to play soccer for Colgate University, in Central New York, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Science. Following undergraduate studies, David attended the University at Buffalo school of dental medicine from 2009 to 2013 and earned his Doctorate of dental surgery. He completed his general practice residency at Ellis hospital in Schenectady, New York where he received additional training in all phases of dentistry. Upon dental licensure in New York State in 2014, David accepted appointment to the medical staff at Olean General Hospital where he provided dental care to a diverse and high-need population in the southern tier of Western New York. During his three year appointment David also studied business at St. Bonaventure University and earned a Master of Business Administration degree in 2017. Later in 2017 David took an appointment as Director of Clinical Operations for a small group practice in Amherst New York where he oversaw the clincal affairs of three dental practices. In 2018 David purchased "Seneca Ridge Dental" from Dr. Christine Hoeplinger to enter into practice ownership. David is married to his wonderful wife Kayla who teaches high school mathematics in Salamanca, NY. They currently have two children, a daughter Nora, and a son, Warren. David enjoys playing soccer with friends, bowling in the Dental League, and most importantly, cherishing time with his young family. He looks forward to providing compassionate dental care and centering his practice on the many needs of his patients.
