This doc did not tell me I had a growth for 3 years. I never was provided questionable results from a test in 2021. You can't call the office the phones ring and ring and go to a voicemail you can't leave a message on. This was my family practice for 20 years. I will never go back. I waited 3 weeks for benign biopsy results (thankfully) and was given them hurriedly over the phone after calling multiple times. They said its benign, we will keep an eye on it, bye. The sent me for the wrong test the first time. No patient portal, disorganized, uncaring, disconnected from my needs.

Arrived 15 minutes early, completed new patient paperwork. Waiting in the waiting room for 1 hour and 25 minutes and then sat in patient room for another 35 minutes
