Waited 4 months to get into the office for my wisdom teeth removal consultation (Called in July, appointment was set for November). After taking time off work, driving over an hour to the office, and waiting the 4 months, I arrived at the office to be told my appointment was canceled via letter in the mail; no phone call or anything. After explaining the situation and that I had not received any mail (it arrived 2 days after my appt), they agreed to do the consultation and ultimately scheduled my surgery for the first week of December. This morning (11/22), I received my updated preoperative plan with my updated total after insurance around 11am via email, but by 3pm I had then received a voicemail stating the surgery was now canceled and I will have to be referred to someone else. I am being told it's due to the "complexity" of my case, however; the office has had my xrays/films/files for MONTHS, and I had a consultation where I was told he felt good proceeding. Dr. David Krigbaum was amazing! He took the time to really explain the procedure prior to the surgery and then was there every step of the way to help during my recovery. I highly recommend him! He was also very patient and kind and his staff was very attentive, helpful and organized. I can't say enough good things about my experience!

Terrible doctor and person. Very rude condescending sarcastic arrogant uncaring unprofessional. I can’t think of one, not even one positive thing to say about him or the experience in his office. He clearly does not care about his patients or people in general. Clearly not in professional because he wants to help people. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM and I will never bring any of my children there ever again. Awful.

Absolutely no empathy. He is a rude and condescending jerk. He spent 5 minutes with me and was rude the entire visit. A real tool. No other words needed.

If I could give half a star or no star, I would ! This guy is an arrogant, condescending jerk! I have been in the medical field for 32 years and I NEVER had a physician speak to a patient like this jerk did to me. (Apparently, it was my goal in life to have my teeth begin to abscess when I was in grade school so I could end up with partial dentures). I beg you to keep the $108.00 that he charges for 5 min of his precious time and go to a dentist that actually cares about people, not his ego.

Wish I could rate a zero. Very cold demeanor, unwelcoming, condescending, unhelpful, rude. Go somewhere else that will value you as a patient!
