Was a patient of his for 20+ years and when I really needed a dentist, he ghosted me. Once I drove from Albany to Clifton park for an appointment; when he saw me, said oops, sorry - we have to reschedule, forgot to call. Then another time I was experiencing quite a bit of pain & his sarcastic response in blowing off the problem kind of soured me to him.

I went to Dr. Presser after my previous dentist laughed at the idea that my silver (mercury) fillings might be affecting my health. Dr. Presser removed all my mercury fillings (I think 7 of them) and replaced them with less toxic fillings, and my health improved.

Dr. Presser is knowledgeable and I love that he is holistic. I was looking forward to having him as our dentist. However, he is NOT a parent/child friendly dentist. He and his staff do not want parents in the exam room with their children and find it irritating if you insist. Take your children elsewhere. He might be good for adults but after our experience there I found the lack of respect too much to tolerate so I will not see him. Just weird.
