Dr. Smith talks over you, doesn't listen, disrespectful, staff is just as judgemental, and gives attitude for curting off their non-work related conversations. No bed side manner. One of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had dealing with any sort of medical or dental staff. Disregards your questions and talks to you like a child. Will say the same thing multiple times different ways and makes it confusing. Gets an attitude when you try to ask for clarification regardless of how much pain you're in. Treated as if you're a hassle and not worth their time if you don't behave exactly how the want. I usually don't leave reviews, but I will never go back. Couldn't even get my name right. Created an account just to leave this review.

By Dr. Smith’s own admission I was over sedated. He still sent me a bill for the extra sedation. Let that speak for itself…

I would never recommend this doctor or refer anyone to him. The miscommunication, confusion and unprofessionalism in dealing with him and his staff was shocking. As someone who never leaves reviews, because they're simply not enough hours in the day for things like that, this is something that needed to be said. #pissedoff
