Dr. Dez and his staff are all courteous and very professional. Were able to clearly explain pricing and procedures to correct everything needed to get my teeth back to excellent condition.

Most unprofessional dental office, staff, and dentist I have ever experienced. Very noisy with patient and technician noise added to the TV entertainment noise. Very lax Covid compliance during my visit. Dental hygienist tried to sell me additional unneeded medical services. Receptionist on the phone with a patient talked very loud. Every word th receptionist said could be heard in the reception area.

Performed procedures that were not right for the client, and when it failed, offered no resolution but I can redo it for more money.

I was pleasantly surprised by the office. I recieved a very thorough exam, there was advanced equipment, and the staff were all very nice.

I went in with several problems. Dr. Ziegenhorn and his staff worked with me, gave me an plan to consider and estimated cost. I have started with the plan and as very satisfied with the doctor and his staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful and make you feel very comfortable.
