Horrible I would give this dentist a zero! He never went over a dental plan with me. I went to have a cap glued back in and he insisted I needed a $6000. Implant which was all a lie. I left a 1000. Deposit which they refused to refund me! The cap is still in my mouth and just fine 3 months later! Now I have to sue for my money back and make a complaint to the dental board ! Highway robbery that’s was never necessary and won’t return my money! Office staff very nasty when I told them I wanted my money back also staff refused to take my dental ins and told me he wasn’t a provider when the ins co verified he was! He must need money to do this to a patient! RUN from this place!

Dr. Jinna is a great, friendly, and skilled doctor. Considered my concerns and nervous, he tried to comfort me by talking about my study and other things. The whole root canal process is fast and painless. I need a second appointment after a week, and hope everything would be done perfectly. I do hope I would never come back again, but if so, I would choose and recommend him with no doubt.

Dr Jinna is fantastic! He & his Moon Twp. team are so kind and caring & he is wonderful with children. My daughter found him on a Google search & took a chance on a busy Black Friday to call his office for an emergency appointment for my 9 year old granddaughter. She had a terrible fall the previous evening & broke her front tooth off to the nerve. She was taken to Children’s emergency room but they were unable to repair it. Dr. Jinna gave her an emergency appointment on a completely booked day to fix her broken front tooth. My granddaughter was in a severe pain & crying & he was patient & gentle. Dr. Jinna & his team made her feel comfortable. He started a root canal procedure & bonded the tooth to get her out of immediate pain. He saw her a week later in his Wexford office to finish the root canal. She will need additional follow up over the next month but Dr. Jinna is wonderful. My daughter is so satisfied in finding a knowledgeable caring professional who was willing to help.

I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment only to be told to come back for a root canal because he didn’t have time (which wasn’t my fault) It only added insult to injury that he quickly placed a lackluster resin tooth instead of a crown yet charged the same amount .. and the tooth came out later that day! Hands down the most untrustworthy dental experience I’ve ever had Not recommended

Dr. Jinna called me back, from home, within 15 minutes, on a Saturday and said he could see me immediately. Even guving me directions because I reside 30 mins. away! The office staff were all friendly and Dr. Jinna was great! He addressed the problem and didn't pass judgement on someone who wrecked her porcelain crown... possibly by biting down on an Atomic Fireball. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Very compassionate, helped me with the tooth emergency. I had a painless root canal, Dr Jinna called next day to check on me. Highly recommend this place.
