I had an excellent experience with Diane and her staff. She got me in promptly because of an emergency procedure I have coming up and was very helpful and compassionate as was her whole staff. I'm glad I found someone I can trust who takes my insurance. Having been to 'franchise' dental places that overcharge and oversell, I wanted a honest home town family owned business such as Diane's. I'm so glad I found her.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Rademacher for years. We find Dr. Rademacher very professional and caring. Example: I had an abscessed tooth, which because of the severity had to go to the E.R. as recommended. Dr. Rademacher called me the next day to see how I was. I have never had a dentist or a doctor, themselves, call me on the following day to check on me. We find, Frank is an asset to the office because he will do his best to get you in to see the dentist if there is an opening and helps to keep the office running smoothly on his end as we have witnessed this many times. The all hygienists in the office are excellent as well. Front line people in the office have always been very accommodating and trying their very best being as busy as they are. We appreciate this practice.

Informative and very efficient and compassionate. All staff including the receptionist and office people are very compassionate. The dental technicians are always great too.

Called multiple times for prices on a procedure. Spoke with office staff Darlene she quote prices. When I came in for apt. I was told by the dentist those where not correct and that I should have spoken with her! Have no trust left with them! Also you will get harassed by Frank in the office to make apts! Find another Dentist!

Dr. Rademacher, is a great dentist and has been for many years. She is also business minded, and will do what it takes to take care of her patients!

Diane is a great dentist and has truly helped transform my teeth over the years. Unfortunately her incompetent husband has truly ruined the office. He is extremely demeaning and does not belong in a customer service area let along medical. For example, I called this morning to reschedule an appointment a week in advance. He clearly scoffed over the phone and said this is ridiculous. I was completely caught off guard as I've never had a medical professional act in such a way. I responded with can you please just cancel, I may find another provider. He responded with 'good as you should'. Diane, I would highly recommend reconsidering an office reset. I will never be returning to this office and will advise people to stay away. I was rescheduling due to a child care conflict but wasn't even able to get to that point in the conversation.
