I am a fairly new patient at Plaza Dental. Yesterday, I met Dr. Lake and had to have a root canal. He was calm, warm and kind, making sure I was feeling positive as we moved along. He has a “chill” vibe I like, and he and the dental assistant, Tabitha, we charming as they enjoyed the music playlist, humming along and singing a bit. Added bonus - and the entertainment was free. I am no fan of needles and all things silver in a medical setting. They explained what was happening as we went, and though I am the biggest dental coward there is, they made sure I was doing okay, asking me quite often. Having had several root canals, I admit I’ve never had one done so effortlessly, efficiently, with no pain during the process! Usually my former experiences were pretty excruciating. I was stunned when he said, “All done.” Looked at my watch and it had been one hour. W.O.W. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lake and Tabitha. What a team! Thank you so much for your care. ??
