I needed a molar extraction, and instead of an implant I thought I'd get a bridge since it's faster. He put in the bridge, but once it was finished, I could not eat on the bridge without pain for about 2 years, during which time he had no idea what was wrong, and started to get irritated with me! I should have been irritated with HIM. He referred me to a root canal specialist for a check-up on these two teeth that held the bridge, and I was told that I needed root canals in both teeth. Dr. Nurminsky sneered and said that I visit a root canal specialist, then I should assume that he's going to tell me I need root canals. I retorted - 'YOU REFERRED ME TO HIM!' The root canal specialist was correct, and once I got the root canals, I could eat using these teeth without pain! Dr. Nurminsky continued to be in denial that he did anything wrong, but he was too stupid to know that he had RUINED the roots in both of my teeth that he worked on in order to install the bridge. BAD DENTIST!
I am the patient of Dr. Nurminsky office in Bethesda for many years. Did cleaning, X-Rays, replaced several crowns and made several new ones. Everything in the office is very computerized, doctors team is very friendly and accurate. Highly recommend this doctor.
Dr Nurminsky is an excellent dentist. I just had my permanent crown put on today. This is the second crown he had done for me. This nine was unique in that an onlay from a previous dentist failed after 8 years. This crown fit perfectly and protected the entire molar. The prep was very quick. Temp and figment was quick and perfect. I am 100% pleased with the skill and results of his staff and his work.
I highly recommend Dr Nurminsky for any dental restoration.
Dr. Nurminsky operates a full service practice with an experienced and caring staff. He maintains computerized medical records and works with your primary care doctor if you need special precautions when having dental work. I have complete confidence in his ability to treat all my dental needs and look forward o seeing his friendly staff.

Dr Nurminsky and staff make going to the dentist something to almost look forward to. As some one who dreads medical procedures and inevitably puts off routine checkups, its a challenge to get myself into the chair. This office is very low-pressure, I never felt rushed. I greatly appreciated the brief descriptions of the procedures being done. The location is extremely easy to access, with a public garage across the street.
They always take good care of us and are a great team. Appointments are always on time and it is a very friendly place to visit.
