I trust him 100%. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Kwok for over 20 years. This review is so overdue, and recently he replaced crown for me. It turned out perfectly and was painless too. Over the years, scheduling appointments has been so easy and working with insurance seamless. His dental technicians have always done a great job in our cleanings. We have always been able to get emergency appointments when needed, even if it meant extending his day or Saturday. There is never a feeling of rush, he takes his time during his work, and explains everything he is doing along the way. My three adult children also transitioned to his office after outgrowing their pediatric dentist, even if it means driving from outside NoVa. They have been very satisfied too. I was given his name by son in law so I thought I have nothing to loose in going to see him like a lot of other people I dreaded going to the dentist I explained how I felt told him what I was scared of and he assured me he got it he said let me gain your confidence I will explain everything I do beforehand he made a believer out of me I have been going ever since I know this sounds corny but I don’t mind anymore going to the dentist. Dr. Kwok has been my family dentist for about 30yrs. He has been and still is a very good dentist. Very accommodating, not to mention knowledgeable on what and how he does his job, sensitive to his patient’s feelings and finanacial status. If the highest rating is 10, then he is a 12. Highly Recommended!

My visit was Excellent. Dr. Kwok is thorough and an excellent dentist. I don't think anyone can beat him in multi-tasking. He is skilled at coordinating, orchestrating what needs to be done and how to accomplish the treatment.
His staff are very intuitive and anticipate his direction so that there is a smooth flow in the process as soon as you are seated. He involves me in discussions about my teeth, my mouth and spells out options that I can understand. He keeps abreast of the latest innovations in dentistry. Dr. Kwok and his staff perform like a well oiled machine. I am a VCU grad and I know from other medical friends and personal experience that MCV School of Dentistry is no easy skate through academics. MCV is top notch in the caliber of professionals that graduate from any of the programs the school offers. I highly recommend Dr. Kwok and his staff. A great group of professionals in that office!

I was very happy with the Covid-19 precautions. Visitors are limited to one at a time, and the speed and efficiency of the visit was very good; no waiting. Dr. Kwok, as always was very pleasant, and efficient. He always tells you exactly what is going on during any procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Kwok and his staff.
