About
Dr. Bruno is a practicing Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and joined Chicago Dental Implants, Oral & Facial Surgery in 2018. As a native of Milwaukee, WI, Dr. Bruno completed her undergraduate degree at Marquette University in 2007. She attended dental school at the State University of New York at Buffalo, becoming a member of Delta Sigma Delta and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. Each year, Dr. Bruno participated in dental lobbying efforts in Washington, D.C. as part of national leadership positions. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2012. During her residency, Dr. Bruno held national positions within the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. In the fall of 2018, Dr. Bruno was invited as a panelist speaker to promote the recruitment of women into dentistry. In addition, she is a member of the Junior League of Chicago, a non-profit women's organization aimed at improving communities through civic leadership and volunteerism. Dr. Bruno is a staff surgeon at Good Samaritan Hospital and is a member of the Will County Dental Society, Fox River Valley Dental Society, Illinois Dental Society, American Dental Association, Illinois Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Bruno is proficient in all aspects of the surgical specialty, including but not limited to administration of anesthesia, dentoalveolar surgery, implantology, pathology, orthognathic surgery, trauma, and surgical intervention for sleep apnea. Dr. Bruno is now eligible for board certification with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
