Stopped by for a general cleaning and inspection of tooth damage. The little cleaning I received not only missed a potential cavity (no inspection done despite request), but was the most lackluster general cleaning I've experienced over the past 40 years. Elaine also left prior to the end of the cleaning (!) as requested to inspect tooth damage. I also had to ask the dentist and her assistant to stop yelling at each other as the dentist was scraping away at my teeth. Following the visit, they also did a bad job processing with the insurance company. There are too many great dentists out there to waste time like this. In my opinion, a very uncomfortable office and lacking professionalism. 0/10. Would NOT recommend.
