After I missed one appt, due to car troubles, they mandated my appointments be prepaid before I schedule any more. I asked for someone to call to discuss that decision and no one called.I then asked for all of my family's records. The only records they sent were a few images. They are unfriendly and their policies seem to exist strictly to make money.

Dr. Birr is extremely thoughtful in regards to me needing more numbing medicine and has great patience when I need to stop mid visit to get more numbing done. I was not believed before that I have this issue and gives me great anxiety to visit a dentist. Very happy to finally have someone believe me.

Dr. Birr is always really thoughtful and friendly. She has performed a root canal on me and did a great job. I think she's really proficient/knowledgable at what she does and also super friendly. I actually look forward to going to her as my dentist.
