About
Dr. Elizabeth Carmack is a member of the American Dental Association, the Vermont State Dental Society, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE). She has also received the "America's Top Dentist" award for the past three years. Dr. Carmack has received additional training through the AAFE in the areas of TMJ disorders, and the therapeutic and dental cosmetic uses of Botox and Juvederm. Her continued education and surgical missions has made Dr. Carmack skilled in full mouth extractions, wisdom teeth extractions, and cosmetic dentistry. She is devoted to developing trusted relationships with her patients. It is her goal to make patients feel welcomed, understood, and appreciated. Dr. Carmack received her Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University in 2003, and her DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2009. In between college and dental school, Dr. Carmack worked as an International Medical Missions Coordinator for Operation Smile, aiding children with cleft lip and palate facial deformities. For two years, Dr. Carmack organized and implemented 50-member surgical teams in Venezuela, China, Philippines, and India. While in dental school Dr. Carmack traveled on oral surgery missions to remote areas in Nicaragua, and also orchestrated a dental service trip to Mexico. Dr. Elizabeth Carmack loves working with her husband, in addition to being a mother to her adored children. She is a fitness enthusiast, and enjoys running, hiking, and being active outdoors with her family and pets.
