Dr. Andolina is a great dentist. He takes the time to explain options, and then does excellent dental work. He did a great job of fixing a problem tooth for me today. The hygienist Stephanie also is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Andolina.

Insurance charged for doctor exams that never happened

Followed hygienist to practice, never should have done so. Unfortunately she left and I soon knew I needed to seek a new provider. Although friendly and welcoming initially, the negatives outweighed everything. After 3 separate visits - not once did the dentist actually examine my mouth although states he had. I had been with previous dentist for 20+ years - point is that I am not someone who bounces around. The hygienist that provided care following longtime hygienist barely touched my teeth and then brushed them. I knew I could have done a more thorough job at home by myself. I was then billed 2 months in a row for which I had to screen shot my account to show payment was received. Going elsewhere and hoping it meets my minimal needs: clean teeth, Dr examine teeth once a year and keep billing straight.
