When I first visited Dr. Ho, my dental health was in rough shape—I had 16 cavities, a missing molar, and, to top it off, a real fear of the dentist (for the record, I do brush my teeth, just unlucky with weak enamel!). From the very beginning, Dr. Ho was incredibly calming and reassuring. He took the time to outline a clear, step-by-step plan to restore my dental health, and I immediately felt like I was in good hands.Throughout the process, Dr. Ho was meticulous and intentional with every treatment. He always made sure I was comfortable and never anxious, even during the multiple sessions needed to address all my cavities. His gentle approach truly made a world of difference.The entire Tend staff deserves a shoutout as well. They always greeted me by name, accommodated emergency appointments, and made scheduling a breeze. I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way.I’m no longer afraid of going to the dentist. I can’t thank Dr. Ho and his team enough. Highly recommend!
