Went to my appointment last week and the office was closed, gone. They did not notify us and now we don't know how to get our 21 years of records.

Dr. Rader and his staff are the best at what they do. I have been a patient for over 15 years and have been extremely satisfied. I trusted Dr. Rader to to a complete crown replacement of my front teeth from veneers and I could not be happier with the result. I am constantly getting compliments on my beautiful smile and I owe it all to Dr. Rader and his staff!
