He studied at the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in biology and neuroscience, and graduated with honors. He worked as a teaching assistant in various courses, relaxing by writing guitar music and singing in the school's Acappella group Pitt Pendulums. During these years, he had the opportunity to follow his family dentist and mentor. He learned how the combination of medical experience and superb manual skills can improve the health and confidence of others. Dr. Turner then entered private practice with his mentor and grew up there for 4 years. He continues to receive advanced training in dental implants, Invisalign, and exciting new techniques in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Turner decided to open his own clinic, and finally heeded the advice of his wife Melissa (from Florida) and agreed to move south. In the summer of 2017, they visited Charlotte and immediately fell in love with the area which made them decide to build their future in this incredible city.
