Dr. Flood saw my son first thing on a Monday morning after being hit with a baseball in college the prior Saturday. She was in communication with me over the weekend and was exceptionally gracious and helpful. She isn't our regular dentist but treated us as if we were her loyal clients. I appreciate her attention to details, her recommendations for treatment, and overall professionalism. Additionally, her office staff were caring and compassionate with our situation. If we lived in the KC area, Dr. Flood would be our regular dentist!

Very impressed and pleased with Dr. Flood but she’s not on my dental plan. They couldn’t give me an out of network cost estimate prior to my cleaning, X-rays and dental check. It won’t be cost effective to go back since I’m paying for a dental plan monthly.
