The entire team is very friendly and knowledgeable. Emma and Chelsea did an outstanding job making sure I was comfortable throughout the multiple visits.

My appointment was spectacular. Dr. Erin worked with me to keep me calm throughout the entire visit. I have a lot of anxiety at the dentist, and she and Chelsea were so patient with me.

Not Family Friendly

Our family had been going to this dental office for years, always enjoying a warm, welcoming experience with the previous provider - until Dr. Knizner took over the practice. From our first visit, her demeanor was cold, and she made rude comments to our children, which left us all uncomfortable. We decided to give it another chance, hoping it was just a rough start, but the second visit felt no better.We chose to stay a little longer because the hygienists have always been wonderful. Yet, after a recent phone call to reschedule (something we rarely do), I was met with an unexpectedly rude response from the office staff. This was followed by an unkind voicemail from them confirming a later appointment, which reinforced our growing concerns and resulted in our family finding a new dentist. It’s unfortunate to see such a drastic change in a place that was once so positive. I would not recommend Dr. Knizner's office to anyone looking for a friendly, family-oriented dental experience.

Dr. Erin is the first dentist to make me feel comfortable. She came highly recommended by a friend and has gone above and beyond to help me get over my fear of the dentist. After almost 60 years of bad dentists I'm finally excited to get my dental work done and smile again.

I felt compelled to share if it saves someone from a bad experience. The practice changed hands from a prior beloved dentist, and I had to come in to replace a filling that broke. I have had many fillings in my life, and I've never had any issues with them, or ANY dental anxiety.I had never met Dr. Knizner, she did not introduce herself to me or make any kind of initial conversation. She and her assistant talked little between them, and said NOTHING to me through the whole procedure. Something about the silence and the way they were working felt strange, caused panic attack during the procedure. No one asked if I was okay once, or showed any concern. My filling still hurt weeks later. It's been several months and sometimes I still have pain. I called to ask about this, and the receptionist said they would call me back - no one returned my call. I don't know what was different, or if it's just that she is new to the practice, but I sadly do not recommend them and won't be back.
