BUYER BE WARE!!! I can't stress enough how dishonest this pratice is!!! A couple of weeks ago I made an appointment for a routine cleaning. Carol told me that they were out-of-network with my insurance company (Met Life) but while looking at the Met Life website that it was still covered at 100% since it was just a routine cleaning. At that time I agreed to proceed with the cleaning. SURPRISE! SURPRISE! SURPRISE! I JUST GOT A BILL FROM NEW MELLE DENTAL FOR $70! Called their office and Carol denied ever telling me that it was covered and refused to let me speak with the dentist. Further, throughout the procedure the hygenist REPEATEDLY pressured me to buy an electric tooth brush for only $135 and that the replacement heads were only $25 if I purchased them at the dentist. She insisted that I woild really benefit from it. Out of respect I just let her pressure me until I couldn't listen to it any more and informed her that I would consider it.
