I suffer from a true case of dentophobia and have never been able to find a dentist (including specialist like sleep dentistry) that I could be comfortable with; therefore, my teeth have been neglected for over 40 years........until I found Dr. Abshara. He is patient, kind, listens and works with my phobic glitches with ease. He and his staff have treated me like any other patient and he has cleaned and fixed all my dental problems in 8 months time. For the first time in my life I have no dental pain and no embarrassment of being phobic. His staff is truly phenomenal; his assistant, Megan, has become my comfort and grounding. She goes out of her way to make sure she is there for my appointments and that I'm only put in the room I'm most comfortable in. The hygienist, Hope, is kind, gentle and willing to move all her equipment to where ever I'm most comfortable. If you are phobic or extremely anxious, this is the dentist you've been looking for.
