Off Mgr billed me saying the ins co. paid me. I had recd nothing & called the off after I checked my acct. Ofc Mgr said she had a document w the check # saying I had been paid. I asked her to call the ins co since she had the best documentation. She angrily told me that was my job & not hers. I called ins co and they said the dentist office was who had received the check. I called back & asked to talk to Dr T about the mistake. Amazingly, I got the same hostility. Never going back there.

I was never afraid of going to the dentist until going here. Cannot reach after hours. Spent a lot of money and pain before undoing the damage he did to my tooth. I wouldn't recommend him to an enemy. He needs to retire.

Outdated practices, lack of professionalism towards patients and fails to get seemingly simple procedures done correctly. Went to another dentist office, to correct his botched jobs, and was given pitied looks when telling them who my prior dentist was. Both my husband and I will not be returning, nor referring Thomalla to anyone.

We have nothing but good to say about Dr Thomalla. We drive from Jefferson county Missouri to have our dental work done. He is caring and trust worthy. Hope he never retires.
