Dr. Fred Bailey is talented, kind, professional and "knows his stuff". Dr. Bailey has been at this same location since the 90's. I am a 67 yr old senior and all my family goes to him. Recently, I had to go through the process of getting a tooth extracted. No pain or discomfort. I couldn't believe it. I just got an implant placed. The results are wonderful! You could never tell by looking which tooth it was! Thank you Dr. Bailey !! I gladly refer him to anyone.

Was there the other day. He was as RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL as he possibly could be to his staff. He actually yelled at his assistant in front of me, a patient! I couldn't imagine working with him. He seems horrible! How a man treats his staff says volumes about his character. Will not be returning. Other people I met in the office were decent and friendly. Giving staff four stars, but certainly do not include Dr. Bailey in this. I'm sure his business won't last if he continues this behavior.

I have went to various dentist office in my area. Dr.Bailey and his staff are so welcoming . I like the prior information they give you about your insurance if it is in-network or not, what your cost would be prior to your appointment these all good things I consider good customer service (I work in a hospital).
