Dr. Stephen Knoll believes that giving patients the utmost care and available information is very important. He enjoys helping his patients and through the years he has made many friends with his great patients. Dr. Knoll received his Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology at Towson State University and then went on to the University of Maryland for his Dental Degree. He came to the Albany area for advanced training at Saint Peters Hospital.

I called the office with a painful tooth and the staff called Dr. Knoll ,who had already left the building, he sent word for me to come right over. He came back to the office and treated my problem ! That kind of responsiveness and caring is beyond my expectations.It is ,however, in keeping with the style of the treatment I typically receive at First Advantage. Thanks for all you do!

I agree with Jay, and that review was made 3 years ago. A similar situation just occurred with me. The office staff is incompetent. Dr. Knoll, however, is fantastic.

Let me start of by saying the professional staff is great. I have been going here for years and love the dentist and the hygienist. However, their office staff cannot ever seem to bill my insurance correctly and repeatedly resorts to threatening letters in an attempt to mask their ineptitude and billing the wrong company. If you have insurance, I would not go here, they will make a mistake and blame you and send you threatening letters. Not a way to ensure customer loyalty!
