About

Dr. Dinulescu, FAGD, FAAOSH received extensive dental training in Europe and United States. After completing the International Dentist Program at University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, he returned to Atlanta area - where he previously lived and co-founded a dental non-profit clinic in Sandy Springs in 2006 and another private dental office ConfiDenT LLC in 2017. Dr. Dinulescu founded HOPE Dentistry, Duluth GA in 2019. Dr. George is very attentive to individual dental needs and takes his time to plan the most appropriate dental treatment for our patients - from fillings, crown & bridges, root canals, extractions, dentures, Zoom whitening - to more complicated procedures like wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, and orthodontic treatment with clear aligners (like ClearCorrect and Invisalign), incorporating the latest technologies like lasers and digital dentistry.

Care Philosophy

Dr. George's philosophy incorporates Minimally Invasive Dentistry in both surgical and non-surgical treatments and Functional Dentistry. Dr. George Dinulescu takes his time to not only assess your teeth, but also look at overall health implications, do oral cancer screening, advise about most appropriate course of treatment, determine the best method to replace missing teeth - including dental implants and all on 4, and last but not least work with our patient's finances.

I never met the doctor but I will say the office staff/billing is not forth coming at all. I went in for a complimentary exam and was billed.. Beware !!

I used to be so afraid of going to the dentist until I met Dr. George Dinulescu. Because of him, my trip to the dentist is not scary but pleasant. His work habits and professionalism are beyond my expectations. During any procedure, he constantly makes sure you're doing well. If you need any type of dental work done, from a simple cleaning to a more complicated implant(me), do not hesitate to go see Dr. Dinulescu. I highly recommend him and you will be amazed with the results. He is the best!
