I had a root canal done here a few years ago as I was referred to this office by my dentist. He sent me straight here from his office. It was bad from the beginning. Dr. Euler wasn’t giving the shots enough time to numb me. He was waiting only a few mins between shots, then would try to start, I would feel it.. then he’d give me another shot etc. I didn’t need 4 shots I just needed more time to get numb. 15 mins into the root canal they all kick in and my throat and eye go numb... Couldn’t feel myself swallow! I Couldn’t blink! I started to panic. They Had to lay gauze on my eye to keep it closed! I’ve had 3 root canals, never had anxiety from dental work! He was too impatient with the numbing then over numbed me! When I panicked he gets super irritated, throws down his tools, leaves the room and yells WOWWW!! Worst experience to date with a medical-dental professional. Do not and will not ever recommend him!

Dr Euler is so skilled. Gives the easiest numbing shots I ever had. Very informative. Great explanations. He listens to all your concerns throughout. Makes sure you are comfortable during the procedure . Called to check on me the day after. I highly recommend him. Everyone in the office is great too.

Went to dr euhler today my dentist Stephanie altenburgh sent me. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. He kept me informed of what he was doing. Never happier such a gentlemen the staff was wonderful. Thank you dr euhler.? My root canal is wonderful I’m sure. He answered all my questions and informed me of everything he was doing. So happy I went there.

Dr. Euler actually greeted me at the door before the receptionist did. He was very patient and concerned throughout the visit. He showed me my xrays, described the entire procedure, spoke to me during the procedure, and asked me several times if I had any concerns or questions of him. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly.

Had a root canal done at the St. Joseph office on 12/6/18. The receptionist was very nice. The Dr. had terrible, terrible patient care. He didn't wait long enough after injecting the novacaine, when he started it was extremely painful and I jerked. He then became livid and left the room. When he came back he scolded me. He kept yanking back my cheek hard enough to turn my head. Huffing really loudly and threw dental instruments through the entire procedure. I regret not getting up and leaving.
