Great Experience with Dr. Jong and his staff! I was so nervous prior to may appointment. Dr. Jong and his staff made me feel at ease. Dr. Jong thoroughly discussed my diagnosis and treatment plan. His staff was very transparent with the fees and submitted a claim to my insurance. I would recommend Dr. Jong to anyone in need of a root canal !

Strong armed on the way out by office staff who told me they accepted insurance and demanded payment, called to harass the next day, sending letters two days later, never once saying anything when I made appointment, or when I checked in. Didn’t submit the bill to insurance. Dr never called to consult with my dentist and never called me. Didn’t find the issue. Disappointed with the whole experience.

Great bed side manner, explained what he will be doing and potential impacts. Outcome was great - no more pain, simple and easy procedure.

There is nothing good to say about a root-canal. But it is my delight to praise highly the perpetrator of the crime - Dr. George Jong. Dr. Jong surprisingly, delightfully contracted an expected three visit-treatment to a single visit. A nearly painless experience it turned out to be for my first root-canal. A hugely pleasant surprise. Dr. Jong was engaging, friendly, calming, exuding a welcome, calming confidence and high expertise. Can't wait for number two.. Not! Louis F. Schwartz
