Never made it for a visit.Thank God The woman answering the phone is classless Who are these people?I swear they let anybody operate a dentist or medical practice. So rude and presumptuous. Found an amazing dentist and thats just it Take your money and insurance elsewhere.

Was once a good office has deteriorated into a wife dominate misery. She knows nothing yet will demand the smallest of payments and threatens you in consecutive phone messages. Pam the previous office person was so much more professional. This has turned into a disaster.

Not so happy mom

Love this Doc. Never had issues personally with him or staff. But today, my son broke his arm 30 minutes prior to appointment at day camp. Staff called me while in route to appointment, naturally I changed course and headed to Children's. I called and let them know even, as frantic as I was!! We got home tired exhausted, son exhausted from ketamine anesthesia used on him- when I recieved a phone call from an angry woman saying In order for me to return and reschedule I had to pay $50 because there is a CLEAR SIGN saying there's a 24hr cancelation fee. Uhmm.. ok. But how the heck am I suppose to let you know my 6yr old plans on breaking his arm on a rock climbing structure? Come on? I have pictures and paperwork and nowhere to email it to. I send them to the phone number, I got the call from- perhaps she thought I was fibbing? Although, what a horrible thing to lie about on your child. I would have just told her the day before I couldn't make it when they called to confirm.

First of all the receptionist, the dentist's wife, is renowned for yelling at people over the phone and in person, insulting patients, and saying things like "we don't want people like you to come here". Additionally, any time someone provides feedback or points out that something was handled poorly, the dentist engages in personal attacks, identifying patients and describing them in a way that is both insulting and a violation of hipaa. Even his responses to positive reviews are passive aggressive insults at anyone who dares to point out his, and his wife's, poor handling of interactions wirh patients. I guess he's not terrible at being a dentist, so if you never have anything unusual occur (like having to cancel, not wanting to give out personal information to someone who doesn't identify themselves over the phone, wanting to schedule more than a month in advance, you know, regular things that happen to normal humans all the time) you may avoid being mistreated and insulted.

My experience here was the absolute worst. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. The unprofessionalism from the front desk woman/ financial woman was beyond disrespectful. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I never had an issue with the Doctor himself, but his receptionist is completely unprofessional. So sad that a human being could treat someone with such disrespect. Ranted and raved about an appointment cancellation when I was sick. Told me to go spread my germs somewhere else and to never come back. A few weeks prior she was like a best buddy. Im no doctor but possibly a missed dose of medication?? Split personality? I guess the doctor concurred with her. Must have needed that payment pretty badly. The only other issue is that the examination room is not very clean.

Did not stay to see Dr. My service stopped at the reception area where I was treated horribly by the rude nasty receptionist if you could call her that. I had made an appointment the day prior to my appointment the tooth that needed a root canal broke and was cutting my cheek. It was really painful so I decided to call to see if they could take me earlier since it was painful. I called numerous times between 8 and 10 am before I looked to see they weren't open till 12 pm. When I showed up I was asked why I didn't leave a message since I called 50 times. The receptionist was very rude and I left and made an appointment somewhere else. Not sure of the dentist but seemed very dirty and unprofessional.

Very disappointed in the condition of a tooth after a year. Went to the dr. To have it pulled. He talked me into root canal. Cost me $500. As of yesterday. After a $215 extraction fee. I'm down $715 and don't have a tooth. I was told by a professional that after a root canal you should have a crown put on yo support the tooth. Dr. Sitterle never told me this. He just acted like the root canal was all I needed. Will not be going back. he should have pulled it like I wanted
