Very unprofessional. Told me that she would schedule me for a cleaning after I switched my DeltaCare primary provider to her, and then ghosted me after I did so.

I scheduled an appointment and had to be rescheduled multiple times because Dr. Roe was not in the office. When I finally got to see her, the cleaning was fine and she did a good job, but since then I have been completely unable to get hold of the office to schedule a cavity filling. I have called multiple times and texted the given phone number, which is their preferred method of communication, and have yet to hear back. It's been weeks! I simply do not believe my friends in dental school who say the field is competitive if this is the type of service that is out there.

My experince was decent. But when I call the office to make follow ups or get paper work filled out it leaves a dissatisfying flavor in my mouth when the phone is answered and I am hung up on. Then I continue to call and call and nobody answers. I text the emergency number and nobody answers.This is so unreliable and very sad that I am going to have to find another doctor after I sincerly felt comfortable with her.
