About

Dr. Fraser was born in Brooklyn, New York and was raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended Howard University for his undergraduate studies where he majored in Zoology and Chemistry. Dr. Fraser was awarded an Air Force scholarship to study periodontics and dental implants at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he earned his doctorate. After completion of his residency he served our country in Okinawa, Japan. Dr. Fraser has been in Georgia since 2002, specializing in periodontics and dental implants where he is considered an expert in the field and frequently teaches other dentists the latest techniques for placing dental implants. He is a member of the North Georgia Dental Society (NGDS), Georgia Dental Society (GDS), National Dental Association (NDA), AAP, American Dental Association (ADA) and Southern Georgia Dental Education (SGDE). Dr. Fraser’s move to the Atlanta, Georgia area was made after strong recommendation by his lovely wife, LaShawna, who is from the Lake Hartwell/Seneca area of Georgia. Dr. Fraser has two lovely daughters, Jaelin (16) and Lauren (14). Dr. Fraser enjoys tennis and golf in his free time.

Care Philosophy

Conyers Denture and Implant Center was created to provide our clients with the best that dentistry has to offer. We accomplish this by educating and informing each individual of all of their options. We then provide coaching as to the best choice for their personal situation, taking all aspects of the person into account. We trust that the formation of relationships between our patients, our staff, family and friends is dependent on the grace of us as individuals and the blessings bestowed upon us by God.

Unfortunately, this practice is not for me. My first complaint is the Nickle and diming charges you receive every time you show up. Even after you pay a lot for the procedure itself. Charges of 2 consults before the procedure and a charge for the follow-up visit after the procedure are too much. I also feel this Dr. is too busy to give the attention for questions etc. All dentist float to other patients but this was extra. I feel the office needs to work better with insurances if you have it. I had two and I gave up explaining to them I needed both submitted. Now, it's January and my supposed fixed implant came off after it was fixed by Dr. Fraser Christmas. Again, this was expensive. My regular dentist fixed it and said she had to charge me for putting it back in. I should have gone back to Affordable Dentures and Implants in Henry County. They charge you a flat fee even if come in six times. That is all they charge, that flat fee.

I have been under the care of Dr. Fraser for about a year now. Since my initial visit to this day, I only have good things to say about his practice and staff. This is a nice small clean office with a friendly staff who show so much love, care and attentiveness to their patients. His receptionist Gina I believe is her name is so sweet, well spoken, friendly and courteous. Making an appointment and being able to be seen asap has always been easy with no hassle. I'm very appreciative and grateful for always being able to be seen by appointments or walk-in especially when I'm in severe pain and treatment is needed. I'm very thankful and grateful to be under the care of Dr. Fraser and at times Dr. Patel. Their are very attentive , they make you feel very comfortable to where you are able to asked questions and would provide explanations /answers in detail to your understanding.
