About
Dentistry is a very rewarding career. I hope to make a difference in people's lives and give back to the community where I was born and raised. The choice for a career in dentistry was influenced by the members of my family serving in the healthcare profession. Their satisfaction in helping others strongly motivated me. My first experience serving people less fortunate than I was a mission trip to Chiapas, Mexico. With the Sisters of St. Francis of Stella Niagara and other local medical professionals, we briefly touched the needs of this poor population. It was both very humbling and rewarding to meet these wonderful families who were clearly appreciative, and rewarding to know that I could make a difference. I will always remember the words my grandfather said to me the day I was accepted into dental school. "There is great satisfaction, knowing that you are making a positive difference in someone's health...in someone's life." Today, after practicing for several years, I clearly understand the essence in these words. I pledge to do everything I can to help my patients feel better about themselves, to help them become pain-free and more aware of their oral health, and to secure the best thing you can put on every day... a healthy, beautiful smile. Put your faith in me; I won't disappoint you. I look forward to meeting you and appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your family.
