Dr.Dodd was referred to me by a surgeon who completed a bone graft. The initial visit was ok , although the office is high energy and noisy. After my first or second consult Dr. Dodd was supposed to call me for a follow up but simply never did. No communication as to why. More than year later I had to go back because I tooth chipped. I had to use a different dentist. To make a long story short my feeling was that DR. Dodd was not interested in taking me as a patient and instead of a conversation he put me on the back burnet. I get the impression this doctor is more about clout and money than dentistry. I found a dentist that has been treating me with dignity. Dr. Dodd can give employee family members free veneers but can’t bother to take the time with patients with real dental issues who need help. Sadly that is my take after 2 or 3 appointments in his office, I wish it was different . He unfortunately did not give me the opportunity to discuss. My visits were paid in btW.

I am so very thankful for Dr Dodd! I was dealing with a very painful infection and complicated root canal issues. He partnered with my endodontist before and during the course of my work. They had a solid plan and I felt at ease being in their care. I went into my appointments looking for pain relief and when I left was so excited about my new smile that the months of pain were almost forgotten. I am so thankful for everyone on Dr Dodds team! You are all excellent!

My experience was also the best.....all I would say is ‘I Smile much more now! And the reason is Dr. Dodd and his staff..’mostly Dr. Dodd ??

I've worked in healthcare for over 20 years. I was a new patient with Saratoga Springs Family Dentistry a few weeks ago. Outstanding experience so far! Best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. Dodd is personable and kind. His assessment was through. He and his staff educated me. I was impressed with how he swiftly identified and resolved a problem that was very concerning for me.
