Dr. Johnson is a native of Indianapolis and established Avon Orthodontics in 1995. He attended Indiana University for his undergraduate studies and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery, with distinction from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Johnson completed his specialty training in orthodontics at the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics, Great Lakes Orthodontic Association, Mayo Clinic Alumni Association and the Indiana University Association of Orthodontics.
