I should have been wrote this review but my last visit was extremely disappointing. First, let me say I started going to this dentist over 15 years ago and never had a issue but the last two years has not been pleasant. My last visit I was there to get a filling. I stayed there for almost 2 hours and never got my filling done. I waited in the waiting area for long time then moved into a room where I had to wait even longer. They eventually came and told me they couldn't see me that day because they had a emergency with another patient. Keep in mind I left work early loss time just to sit in a dentist office for 2 hours and not even get seen for what I came for. I understand things happen but to have me there that long just to tell me I can't be seen considering I made that appointment months prior is unacceptable. I did enjoy the new doctor. He was very gentle, friendly and knowledgeable but considering how I was treated the last time I will not be returning or recommending anyone
