Only one word to describe Dr. Harrold Patino, EXCEPTIONAL from his overall experience, knowledge, professionalism, follow-up, courteous he is the best.
CAVEAT EMPTOR. In order to see Dr. Pitino, you are REQUIRED to give them a debit card and REQUIRED to sign a contract saying you won’t hold them liable if they overcharge. If you already gave them your debit card number, change it immediately.The office staff hides behind texts and emails, especially when unexpected costs are due. Don’t expect them to answer or return your call. They will make minimal effort to contact your insurance company (only one) and then TEXT you about massive minimal charges the day of the surgery. (Over $350, in my case.)The incompetent office staff don’t even communicate Dr. Patino, so if another doctor consents to surgery, via direct text to doctor, they will make you supply documentation again, even though the duplicate documentation was already faxed to them.Read the other reviews (that are not way too rosy, hmmmm.) if you have any doubts. You have a choice.
Don't leave credit card information with this office, you may even get charged after one year without your consent. They won't let you know they will just charge your credit card. Read the fine prints before you sign any paperwork.
The best oral surgeon! Dr. Patino is so kind, patient, listens to your concerns, and gets the job done! I trust him with any future visits. Going to the dentist or getting any procedure done is scary but he and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
I had an appointment for 1:15. I arrived for my appointment and the doors were locked and no one returned my phone calls. Answering service assured me they were still open and back from lunch. I never received a cancellation call either. Highly unprofessional.
Dr. Patino is a friendly professional person who has a way of making you feel at ease regarding oral surgery. I'll admit I'm always scared when I enter any dental facility but the Dr. and staff eased my mind and helped me get through the procedure with no problem! Thank you all for a more pleasant experience than I expected! You made me feel at ease and were done quickly and efficiently.
Had wisdom teeth taken out. Was very nervous after of developing different problems such as dry socket. I called in after hours not expecting a response but just to see if he was there. He called me back and answered my problem within a half hour.
Dr. Patino and his staff are warm and welcoming and professional. They were patient while we figured out our change in insurance and very helpful figuring out coverage. Several members of my family have seen Dr. Patino for wisdom teeth removal and I would highly recommend this office to anyone!
I walked in announced with a severe decayed molar. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Patino saw me within 25 minutes with no notice. He impressed me with his humbleness and intelligence. I returned the next day for emergency oral surgery. I am very frighten of dentist. This man and his staff took the best care of me. Dr. Pation said I will not feel a thing and the procedure will feel like it will be 30 seconds. I went under and I couldn't believe it felt like 30 seconds.
Several implants placed with little to no pain in a relaxed environment. Dr patino utilized the newest grafting procedures to help faster healing and to strengthen the site for crown placement. I always feel that I'm in the most skilled hands in the western suburbs and have complete trust in him and his friendly, and highly qualified staff. I have worked over 40 years in the dental field and can without question say this is the best surgeon I have ever known.
