Dr. Sultan was raised in East Lyme, CT. After completing his Connecticut public grade school education, Dr. Sultan went on to become an avid UCONN Huskies fan while completing a bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering at University of Connecticut. Dr. Sultan went on to receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at University of Connecticut-School of Dental Medicine, while concurrently completing his Masters of Sciences in Biomaterials in Biomedical Engineering in Farmington, CT. Dr. Sultan completed his pediatric dental residency training at Connecticut Children's Medical Center in Hartford, CT (affiliated with the University of Connecticut-School of Dental Medicine), where he received extensive training in treating medically compromised patients, treating patients with special health care needs, sedation, trauma, general anesthesia, and interceptive orthodontics.
