I came to this dental practice in March trying to establish a new dentist since mine has retired. Right from the start I felt uncomfortable with Dr Huang I felt he was more concerned with criticism than an actual full exam. I never went back yet so I figured that was the end of that. Now comes January of 2021. I had an implant fail from a surgeon in Albany so I called the office to ask them to please just take a look and see if there was an obvious problem since I was in so much pain. Dr. Huang advised me since he didn't refer me to the Albany surgeon he would not let me in to take a look at my tooth. Actually on the phone call he started to talk about a previous implant he felt wasn't done correctly. When I asked if he could just look at the recent implant to see what the issue was he said NO since he didn't refer me. Under the care of my general dentist you would think he would at least take a look at wound to make sure there was nothing seriously wrong. That's not good business!!!!!
