Dr. Ellis is a native of St. Louis, MO and now resides with her husband in Kirkwood, MO. She received her undergraduate degree in Cell/Molecular Biology at Missouri State University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry. She married her husband, Justin, in 2005. They have a handsome son who was born in January 2012, a beautiful daughter who was born in June 2014 and the best basset hound in the world named Pearl. In her free time Dr. Ellis enjoys traveling, the outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, and playing "Wheel of Fortune" (she was an actual contestant on the show in 2003!). Dr. Ellis dedicates herself to quality dental work by staying up to date on the latest dental technology and product information. She enjoys taking dental continuing education courses as well as staying active in local dental groups and study clubs. She has completed many courses from the Dawson Academy and Spear Education Center as well as many others in all disciplines in dentistry.

Her staff is caring and makes you as comfortable as possible. I always know in advance what procedures they are going to do and how it it will feel. I was offered a warm pillow for my neck and a massage option for the chair. Instructions for aftercare is always given.

The entire Ellis Dental staff is great. I have several bad teeth that we knew eventually would need to be pulled. The day I called having some pain and swelling they were able to fit me in to see Dr Cayo who stayed late to get the teeth extracted. A Big Thanks to everyone. Darlena

They pit a crown on an implant and it broke off in a little over a year. They canceled me as a patient because of insurance so I had a new dentist when the crown broke. That dentist said it was a defect in the crown Ellis Dental made. I called to get it put back on and they wanted to change me to put it on AND couldn't take me for over 6 weeks. I was very disappointed
