About
Dr. Chan graduated in 2012, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the School of Dental Medicine at the University of Buffalo, New York. After working in Baltimore City, Maryland for two years, she moved to Montgomery County. Dr. Chan is actively engaged in the dental community and has been a member of the American Dental Association since 2007. Dr. Chan finds it extremely rewarding to participate in various altruistic programs and has volunteered in remote area medical services in Tennessee to provide free dental care to underserved populations and participated in the Naval Operation Tropic Care, a health care at no cost for medically underserved populations in Hawaii. Dr. Chan feels it is a blessing to make a difference in people's lives, so to help others, she endeavors to do her very best everyday and to treat every single patient like her own family member. She promotes and believes that prevention is the key to healthy teeth and that practicing proper dental hygiene and routine dental health care will give patients healthy teeth and a better quality of life. Dr. Chan and her husband,who works locally at NIH, enjoy spending their spare time with their two children. She loves her family and her community and pledges to do her part to make Montgomery County a better and healthier place!
