Dr. Runco is wonderful! My son is terrified of the dentist and Dr. Runco has been so incredibly patient and understanding with him. He talks him through everything and explains everything and even teaches him about what he's doing. We are very pleased.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Runco and his staff for a few years; However, the other day I had to cancel and could not give them 24 hours notice and they charged me 100$ for the cancellation of two appointments. This policy has never been shared with me and later they informed me it is posted in the office somewhere and apparently I signed something about this on our first visit. I understand this may be policy, but there was no grace shown towards me and my family and I will not be going back. Find a place that is more understanding and treats their patients with more respect. I am truly shocked.

We have taken our two sons to Dr. Runco since they first went to the dentist. They are now 16 and 18 yrs old. We have always had positive experiences with him. He has always taken the time to explain any issues or concerns to my wife or I. The staff and Dr. have made our boys feel comfortable and were never scared to go see him. I have recommended him to friends with children and they have all told me they feel the same as we do.
